Saint-Saëns. The Swan. In this arrangement I have deliberately thinned out the intricate flowing accompaniment so that the melody can flow smoothly and uninterrupted.
Fauré. Berceuse from Dolly Suite. The original is for 4 hands, but seeing that most people don't have four hands I have striven to combine all of the music for 2 hands whilst trying to maintain an overall mood of calm simplicity.
Rachmaninov. 18th Variation on a theme. This grand romantic work for piano and orchestra has been considerably condensed, and whilst still embodying all the hallmarks of the Romantic style is presented here in a much more playable format.
