This is my arrangement of the sumptuous slow movement of Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto. The content is slightly abridged to help it stand as a separate entity from the other movements of the work. There is a careful blend of solo violin melody and orchestral accompaniment. The arrangement is aimed at the more advanced pianist.
